These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chato iOS application ("Chato", "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Chato, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Chato is an AI-powered translation app. It can use your device's microphone to translate speech with audio playback and on-screen captions, and can translate text you explicitly submit through Chato Keyboard. Translation is performed by third-party OpenAI models.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chato. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

3. Account

Chato uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Chato to violate any law or regulation.
• Use Chato to capture audio without the consent of speakers around you when such consent is legally required in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
• Bypass usage limits, free-quota enforcement, or billing mechanisms.
• Use Chato in a way that disrupts the service for other users (e.g., automated abuse, scripting).

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable recording and privacy laws. Some jurisdictions require all parties to a conversation to consent to recording. Chato is a tool; appropriate use is your responsibility.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Free quota

Each account receives a one-time welcome bonus of free translation minutes upon first sign-in, plus a recurring free monthly allowance. Specific amounts are disclosed in-app and may change.

Top-up packs (consumable)

Top-up purchases credit your account with a specific number of translation minutes. These minutes do not expire and are consumed only when you use the Service. First-time purchasers receive a bonus percentage of additional minutes; the bonus is disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

Subscriptions provide a monthly allowance of translation minutes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Unused monthly subscription minutes do not roll over into the next month.

Payment, refunds, and currency

All payments are processed by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Prices are displayed in your local App Store currency. Refunds are handled solely by Apple — request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history. We do not have the ability to issue Apple refunds on Apple's behalf.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Chato relies on third-party services (Apple, OpenAI, Firebase) and your internet connection. We are not liable for outages caused by these dependencies or by force majeure events.

7. Translation Accuracy Disclaimer

Chato uses AI models that translate to the best of their ability but can make mistakes, omit context, mishear ambient sound, or produce inappropriate output. Do not rely on Chato for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions. Always confirm critical information through a qualified human interpreter.

8. Intellectual Property

Chato and its content (excluding user-generated audio, which we do not store) are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The trademarks and logos of third parties (Apple, OpenAI, Firebase) belong to their respective owners.

9. Termination

You may stop using Chato and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for the process). We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or are otherwise non-compliant. Unused purchased credits on terminated accounts are forfeited unless required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chato is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of Chato. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email when possible. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and the developer agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first by emailing chato.translation.app@gmail.com. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.

1. 服務說明

Chato 為一款 AI 翻譯應用程式，可使用您裝置的麥克風翻譯語音並提供 語音播放與字幕，也可透過 Chato 鍵盤翻譯您主動送出的文字。翻譯由 OpenAI 的第三方 AI 模型執行。

2. 使用資格

您必須年滿 13 歲方可使用 Chato。若您未達您所在司法管轄區的成年 年齡，必須取得父母或法定監護人的同意方可使用本服務。

3. 帳號

Chato 使用 Sign in with Apple 建立您的帳號。您有責任妥善保管您的 Apple ID，並對透過您帳號發生的所有活動負責。

4. 合理使用

您同意不會：

• 使用 Chato 違反任何法律或法規。
• 在當地法律要求須取得錄音同意的情況下，使用 Chato 在未經周遭說話者同意下擷取音訊。
• 嘗試逆向工程、反編譯或擷取本 App 的原始碼，但法律允許者除外。
• 規避使用限制、免費額度執行或計費機制。
• 以擾亂其他使用者服務的方式使用 Chato（例如自動化濫用、腳本操作）。

您須單獨負責遵守所適用之錄音與隱私法律。 某些司法管轄區要求所有對話參與者皆須同意錄音。Chato 僅為一項工具； 適當的使用方式是您的責任。

5. 應用程式內購買與訂閱

免費額度

每個帳號在首次登入時可獲得一次性的歡迎贈送翻譯時間，並每月獲得 循環性的免費額度。實際數量於 App 內揭露，並可能調整。

加值方案（消耗型）

加值購買會為您的帳號加入特定的翻譯分鐘數。這些分鐘數 不會過期，僅在您使用本服務時才會消耗。首次選購者 會額外獲得一定比例的紅利分鐘數，比例會在選購時揭露。

訂閱（自動續訂）

訂閱方案每月提供固定的翻譯分鐘數。除非您在續訂日前至少 24 小時 取消，訂閱會在每個週期結束時自動續訂。請至裝置 上的「設定」→「Apple ID」→「訂閱項目」取消。已取消的 訂閱仍會持續至目前付款週期結束。

訂閱當月未使用完的分鐘數不會累積到下個月。

付款、退款與幣別

所有款項皆由 Apple 依照 Apple 媒體服務條款 處理。價格以您所在 App Store 區域的當地幣別顯示。退款由 Apple 獨家處理 — 請透過您的 Apple ID 購買紀錄申請退款。我們無權代 Apple 發放退款。

6. 服務可用性

我們致力於提供穩定可靠的服務，但無法保證不中斷。Chato 依賴第三方 服務（Apple、OpenAI、Firebase）與您的網路連線。對於由前述依賴 或不可抗力事件造成的中斷，我們不負任何責任。

7. 翻譯準確度免責聲明

Chato 採用 AI 模型，會盡力翻譯，但仍可能犯錯、遺漏上下文、誤聽 環境聲音或產生不當輸出。請勿在法律、醫療、財務或其他 高風險決定上依賴 Chato。關鍵資訊請務必透過合格的人工 口譯員加以確認。

8. 智慧財產權

Chato 及其內容（不含使用者音訊，我們不予儲存）為開發者所有，受 適用之智慧財產權法律保護。第三方（Apple、OpenAI、Firebase）之 商標與標誌皆為其各自所有者所有。

9. 終止

您可隨時停止使用 Chato 並刪除您的帳號（流程請見隱私政策）。若您 違反本條款、濫用本服務或有其他違規情形，我們可能會暫停或終止您 存取本服務的權利。已終止帳號上未使用的購買點數，除法律另有規定 外，將不予退還。

10. 免責聲明

Chato 以「現狀」與「現有」方式提供，不附帶任何 明示或默示的保證，包括但不限於對適銷性、特定用途之適合性、準確性、 不侵權或不中斷之保證。

11. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者不對任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或 懲罰性損害負責，包括但不限於利潤、資料或商譽損失，無論是否因為 您使用 Chato 而引起或與之相關。我們對任何索賠的總責任，不超過 您在索賠前 12 個月內支付給我們的金額。

12. 條款變更

我們可能隨時修改本條款。涉及重大變更時，會盡可能透過 App 內或 電子郵件通知。變更生效後您繼續使用本服務，即視為接受修訂後之 條款。

13. 準據法與爭議解決

本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律之規範，並不適用其法律衝突規則。 您與開發者同意先透過來信 chato.translation.app@gmail.com 非正式地協商解決爭議。任何未解決之爭議，由台灣台北地方法院為 專屬管轄法院。

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Chato iOSアプリ（以下「Chato」 または「本サービス」）のご利用に関する条件を定めるものです。 Chatoをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、 本規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの内容

ChatoはAI翻訳アプリです。デバイスのマイクから取得した音声を翻訳して 音声再生と字幕を提供するほか、Chatoキーボードからお客様が明示的に 送信したテキストを翻訳できます。翻訳はOpenAIの第三者AIモデルにより 実行されます。

2. 利用条件

Chatoのご利用には13歳以上であることが必要です。お住まいの法域で 成人年齢に達していない場合は、保護者または法定代理人の同意を 得たうえでご利用ください。

3. アカウント

ChatoはSign in with Appleによってアカウントを作成します。Apple ID の保護およびアカウントを通じて行われるすべての活動について、 お客様が責任を負うものとします。

4. 利用上のルール

お客様は以下を行わないことに同意します：

• Chatoを使用して法令に違反すること。
• お住まいの法域で録音の同意が法的に必要とされる場合に、周囲の話者の同意なしにChatoで音声を取得すること。
• 法令で認められる範囲を超えて、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ソースコードの抽出を試みること。
• 利用制限、無料枠の制御、課金処理を回避すること。
• 他の利用者のサービスを妨げる方法（自動化された悪用、スクリプトなど）でChatoを使用すること。

適用される録音およびプライバシー関連法令の遵守は、 お客様自身の責任です。一部の法域では、会話の当事者 全員の同意が録音に必要とされる場合があります。Chatoはあくまで ツールであり、適切な使用についてはお客様の責任となります。

5. アプリ内課金とサブスクリプション

無料枠

各アカウントは初回サインイン時に一度限りのウェルカム翻訳時間を 受け取り、さらに毎月の無料枠を継続的に受け取ります。具体的な 数量はアプリ内で開示され、変更される可能性があります。

追加パック（消耗型）

追加チャージのご購入により、特定の翻訳時間がアカウントに加算 されます。これらの時間は有効期限がなく、本サービス を実際に使用したときにのみ消費されます。初回購入のお客様には 追加の時間が一定の比率で付与されます。比率は購入時に開示されます。

サブスクリプション（自動更新）

サブスクリプションは、毎月の翻訳時間を提供するものです。更新日の 24時間以上前にキャンセルされない限り、各期間終了時に 自動的に更新されます。キャンセルは、デバイスの 「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から 行うことができます。キャンセル後も、現在の支払期間が終了する までサブスクリプションは有効です。

月内に未使用のサブスクリプション時間は、翌月に繰り越され ません。

お支払い・返金・通貨

すべての支払いは Appleのメディアサービス利用規約 に基づきAppleによって処理されます。価格はお客様のApp Storeの 現地通貨で表示されます。返金はAppleが独占的に処理しており、 Apple IDの購入履歴から返金をリクエストしてください。当方は Appleに代わって返金を行う権限を有しておりません。

6. サービスの可用性

当方は信頼性の高いサービスの提供に努めますが、中断のない運用を 保証することはできません。Chatoは第三者サービス（Apple、OpenAI、 Firebase）およびお客様のインターネット接続に依存しています。 これらに起因する障害、または不可抗力による中断について、 当方は責任を負いません。

7. 翻訳精度に関する免責

ChatoはAIモデルを使用して可能な限り正確に翻訳を行いますが、 誤りが生じたり、文脈が抜け落ちたり、環境音を誤認したり、 不適切な出力が生じる場合があります。法律・医療・金融 その他の重大な判断にChatoを頼らないでください。重要な 情報は必ず資格を有する通訳者を通じてご確認ください。

8. 知的財産権

Chatoおよびそのコンテンツ（保存していないユーザー生成音声を 除く）は、開発者に帰属し、適用される知的財産法によって保護 されています。第三者（Apple、OpenAI、Firebase）の商標および ロゴは、それぞれの所有者に帰属します。

9. 終了

お客様はいつでもChatoの利用を中止し、アカウントを削除すること ができます（手順はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。お客様 が本規約に違反したり、本サービスを濫用したり、その他コンプライ アンス違反があった場合、当方は本サービスへのアクセスを停止または 終了することがあります。終了されたアカウント上の未使用の購入 クレジットは、法律で別段の定めがある場合を除き、失効します。

10. 保証の否認

Chatoは「現状有姿」「利用可能な状態」のまま 提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる種類の保証も伴いません。 これには、商品性、特定目的への適合性、正確性、非侵害性、 または中断のない動作に関する保証は含まれません。

11. 責任の制限

法律で許される最大限の範囲において、開発者は、Chatoのご利用に 起因または関連して生じた間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または 懲罰的損害（利益、データ、信用の喪失を含むがこれに限らない） について、一切責任を負いません。当方の総責任額は、いかなる 請求についても、請求発生前12か月間にお客様が当方に支払った金額 を超えないものとします。

12. 本規約の変更

当方はいつでも本規約を変更することができます。重要な変更に ついては、可能な限りアプリ内またはメールでお知らせします。 変更後も本サービスのご利用を継続いただくことで、改訂後の 規約に同意したものとみなされます。

13. 準拠法および紛争解決

本規約は、抵触法の規則にかかわらず、中華民国（台湾）の法律に 準拠します。お客様と開発者は、まず chato.translation.app@gmail.com まで連絡することにより、非公式に紛争の解決を試みることに同意 します。未解決の紛争については、台湾台北の裁判所を専属的合意 管轄裁判所とします。

3. 계정

4. 허용되는 이용

귀하는 다음을 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:

• Chato를 이용하여 법률 또는 규정을 위반하는 행위.
• 거주 관할권에서 녹음 동의가 법적으로 요구되는 경우, 주변 화자의 동의 없이 Chato로 오디오를 캡처하는 행위.
• 법률이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱의 소스 코드를 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 추출하려는 행위.
• 이용 제한, 무료 할당량 적용 또는 과금 메커니즘을 우회하는 행위.
• 다른 사용자의 서비스 이용을 방해하는 방식(예: 자동화된 남용, 스크립팅)으로 Chato를 이용하는 행위.

귀하는 해당되는 녹음 및 개인정보 보호 법률을 준수할 단독 책임을 집니다. 일부 관할권은 대화의 모든 당사자가 녹음에 동의할 것을 요구합니다. Chato는 도구이며, 적절한 이용은 귀하의 책임입니다.

5. 앱 내 구매 및 구독

무료 할당량

각 계정은 최초 로그인 시 일회성 환영 무료 번역 시간과 매월 반복되는 무료 할당량을 받습니다. 구체적인 수량은 앱 내에 공개되며 변경될 수 있습니다.

충전 팩(소모형)

충전 구매는 특정 번역 시간을 계정에 적립합니다. 이 시간은 만료되지 않으며 본 서비스를 이용할 때만 소모됩니다. 최초 구매자는 추가 시간을 일정 비율로 받으며, 해당 보너스는 구매 시점에 공개됩니다.

구독(자동 갱신)

구독은 매월 번역 시간 할당량을 제공합니다. 갱신일 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 구독은 각 기간 종료 시 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 취소하려면 기기에서 설정 → Apple ID → 구독으로 이동하세요. 취소된 구독은 현재 결제 기간이 종료될 때까지 활성 상태로 유지됩니다.

사용하지 않은 월간 구독 시간은 다음 달로 이월되지 않습니다.

결제, 환불 및 통화

모든 결제는 Apple 미디어 서비스 이용약관에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다. 가격은 귀하의 App Store 지역 통화로 표시됩니다. 환불은 Apple이 단독으로 처리하며, Apple ID 구매 내역을 통해 환불을 요청하세요. 당사는 Apple을 대신하여 환불을 발행할 권한이 없습니다.

6. 서비스 가용성

당사는 안정적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하지만 중단 없는 운영을 보장할 수는 없습니다. Chato는 제3자 서비스(Apple, OpenAI, Firebase)와 귀하의 인터넷 연결에 의존합니다. 당사는 이러한 의존성 또는 불가항력 사건으로 인한 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 번역 정확도 면책 조항

8. 지식 재산권

Chato 및 그 콘텐츠(당사가 저장하지 않는 사용자 생성 오디오 제외)는 개발자가 소유하며 해당되는 지식 재산권 법률로 보호됩니다. 제3자(Apple, OpenAI, Firebase)의 상표와 로고는 각 소유자에게 귀속됩니다.

9. 해지

귀하는 언제든지 Chato 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다(절차는 개인정보 처리방침 참조). 귀하가 본 약관을 위반하거나, 본 서비스를 남용하거나, 그 밖에 규정을 준수하지 않는 경우 당사는 서비스 접근을 정지 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 해지된 계정의 미사용 구매 크레딧은 법률이 요구하지 않는 한 소멸됩니다.

10. 보증의 부인

Chato는 상품성, 특정 목적 적합성, 정확성, 비침해 또는 중단 없는 서비스에 대한 보증을 포함하여 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 그리고 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다.

11. 책임의 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 개발자는 귀하의 Chato 이용으로 인해 발생하거나 이와 관련된 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해 (이익, 데이터 또는 영업권의 손실을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음)에 대해 어떠한 경우에도 책임을 지지 않습니다. 모든 청구에 대한 당사의 총 책임은 청구 발생 직전 12개월 동안 귀하가 당사에 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.

12. 본 약관의 변경

당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경 사항은 가능한 경우 앱 내 또는 이메일로 안내드립니다. 변경 후 본 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 개정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

13. 준거법 및 분쟁

본 약관은 법률 충돌 규칙에 관계없이 중화민국(대만)의 법률에 따라 규율됩니다. 귀하와 개발자는 먼저 chato.translation.app@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보내 비공식적으로 분쟁 해결을 시도하기로 동의합니다. 해결되지 않은 모든 분쟁은 대만 타이베이 법원의 전속 관할에 따릅니다.

Estos Términos del servicio ("Términos") rigen tu uso de la aplicación Chato para iOS ("Chato", "el Servicio"). Al descargar, instalar o usar Chato, aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos.

1. Descripción del servicio

Chato es una app de traducción con IA. Puede usar el micrófono de tu dispositivo para traducir voz con reproducción de audio y subtítulos, y también puede traducir el texto que envíes explícitamente mediante Chato Keyboard. La traducción la realizan modelos de IA de OpenAI.

2. Requisitos de uso

Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar Chato. Si no has alcanzado la mayoría de edad en tu jurisdicción, debes contar con el consentimiento de tu padre, madre o tutor para usar el Servicio.

3. Cuenta

Chato usa Iniciar sesión con Apple para crear tu cuenta. Eres responsable de proteger tu ID de Apple y de toda la actividad que ocurra a través de tu cuenta.

4. Uso aceptable

Aceptas no:

• Usar Chato para infringir cualquier ley o reglamento.
• Usar Chato para captar audio sin el consentimiento de las personas a tu alrededor cuando dicho consentimiento sea legalmente obligatorio en tu jurisdicción.
• Intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o extraer el código fuente de la app, salvo en la medida permitida por la ley.
• Eludir los límites de uso, la aplicación de la cuota gratuita o los mecanismos de facturación.
• Usar Chato de forma que interrumpa el servicio para otros usuarios (p. ej., abuso automatizado, scripting).

Eres el único responsable de cumplir las leyes aplicables sobre grabación y privacidad. Algunas jurisdicciones exigen que todas las partes de una conversación consientan la grabación. Chato es una herramienta; su uso adecuado es tu responsabilidad.

5. Compras dentro de la app y suscripciones

Cuota gratuita

Cada cuenta recibe una bonificación de bienvenida única de minutos de traducción gratuitos al iniciar sesión por primera vez, además de una asignación mensual gratuita recurrente. Las cantidades específicas se indican en la app y pueden cambiar.

Paquetes de recarga (consumibles)

Las compras de recarga acreditan en tu cuenta un número concreto de minutos de traducción. Estos minutos no caducan y solo se consumen cuando usas el Servicio. Quienes compran por primera vez reciben un porcentaje extra de minutos; la bonificación se indica en el momento de la compra.

Suscripciones (de renovación automática)

Las suscripciones proporcionan una asignación mensual de minutos de traducción. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente al final de cada periodo, salvo que canceles al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de renovación. Para cancelar, ve a Ajustes → ID de Apple → Suscripciones en tu dispositivo. Las suscripciones canceladas permanecen activas hasta el final del periodo pagado en curso.

Los minutos de suscripción mensuales no utilizados no se acumulan para el mes siguiente.

Pago, reembolsos y moneda

Todos los pagos los procesa Apple conforme a los Términos y condiciones de los Servicios multimedia de Apple. Los precios se muestran en la moneda local de tu App Store. Los reembolsos los gestiona únicamente Apple: solicita un reembolso a través del historial de compras de tu ID de Apple. No tenemos la capacidad de emitir reembolsos de Apple en su nombre.

6. Disponibilidad del servicio

Nos esforzamos por ofrecer un servicio fiable, pero no podemos garantizar un funcionamiento ininterrumpido. Chato depende de servicios de terceros (Apple, OpenAI, Firebase) y de tu conexión a internet. No nos hacemos responsables de las interrupciones causadas por estas dependencias o por eventos de fuerza mayor.

7. Aviso sobre la precisión de la traducción

Chato usa modelos de IA que traducen lo mejor posible, pero pueden cometer errores, omitir contexto, malinterpretar el sonido ambiente o producir resultados inapropiados. No confíes en Chato para decisiones legales, médicas, financieras u otras de gran trascendencia. Confirma siempre la información crítica a través de un intérprete humano cualificado.

8. Propiedad intelectual

Chato y su contenido (excluido el audio generado por el usuario, que no almacenamos) son propiedad del desarrollador y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. Las marcas comerciales y los logotipos de terceros (Apple, OpenAI, Firebase) pertenecen a sus respectivos propietarios.

9. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar Chato y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento (consulta la Política de privacidad para el procedimiento). Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso al Servicio si infringes estos Términos, abusas del Servicio o incumples de algún otro modo. Los créditos comprados no utilizados en cuentas terminadas se pierden, salvo que la ley exija lo contrario.

10. Renuncia de garantías

Chato se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin determinado, exactitud, no infracción o servicio ininterrumpido.

11. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, en ningún caso el desarrollador será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos —incluida, entre otros, la pérdida de beneficios, datos o fondo de comercio— derivados de o relacionados con tu uso de Chato. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación no superará el importe que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.

12. Cambios en estos Términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios importantes se comunicarán en la app o por correo electrónico cuando sea posible. El uso continuado del Servicio tras los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.

13. Ley aplicable y controversias

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de China (Taiwán), sin atender a sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes. Tú y el desarrollador acordáis intentar resolver primero las controversias de manera informal escribiendo a chato.translation.app@gmail.com. Cualquier controversia no resuelta quedará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Taipéi, Taiwán.
